IF ONLY
If only I could go back to the days of my innocence
If only I could go back to the days when I still see good in everybody.
If only I could go back to the times when everybody is a friend.
If only I could go back and unheard the things I have heard, to take my eyes off those things that I had seen, maybe I wouldn‘t have my mind corrupt.
If only I could go back and not have knowledge of some things that I have.
If only I could go back and be with those that I hate. If only I could back to turn some friends to enemies and vice versa.
If only I could go back and not say some words I have spoken and not to be silent when I should have talk.
If only I could go back to grab some opportunities I had missed and not take those things I thought they are opportunity then.
If only I could go back to the days I meet some people in my life, I would have choose to avoid them like plague.
If only I could go back to the days I missed some people I would have given everything to be where they are.
If only I could go back to make some choice I was too weak to make, I would have given everything for the mistake to stop hunting me now.
If only I could go back to deprive myself of some pleasure I had enjoyed, definitely things would have been on a good level.
If only I could go back and take some advice I had neglected then, if only I could go back to shun my ears away from debris I had heard.
If only, a sentence of regret that those of us who have fallen victims of not knowing the decision and act that is best for us.
If only I think twice and think patiently, then maybe there might not be any regrets after all.
