SELF WORTH

*TODAY'S BEAUTIFUL WORD OF WISDOM * * SELF WORTH*        Self-worth is more about valuing your inherent worth as a person. In other words, self-worth is about who you are, not about what you do. When your self worth is less you tend to see the world in a negative frame & you turn into a pessimist.        Being a pessimist can hamper not just your thoughts but also your well being. By pursuing activities that are meaningful to you and acting in line with your own personal beliefs, you can develop your sense of yourself as a worthwhile person in the world even further.         Part of building self-worth is learning to recognize opportunities, however small, and working on them. *HAPPY NEW DAY TO YOU ALL* Hungry for more?
